korededestiny and I are taking Gov 2 at HCC. It seems pretty hardcore since its a whole semester crammed into 15 days! Should be much fun...
First year of college is already over! It's pretty hard to believe! It really just flew by. It's really sad that not everyone's at UT though : ( That's YOU Emily!...Everyone says that college is supposed to be the most fun time in your life, but I personally think I'm going to look back and say high school. You never take the same classes as other people in college and you don't really talk to the people in your classes.The best friends I've made so far were in my Japanese class since it's actually interactive. High school administration was horrible, but the teachers were awesome, and even the ones who were not so awesome are still memorable. I liked it that way? College seems so fast-paced and before you know it the class is over.
I did manage to get all As though! So hopefully that means I'll be able to get into business! I got into a BDP program- International Trade, although I didn't really want to do it anymore. Victoria thinks I'm trying to do too much stuff in college, but I feel like I have to to make up for not doing something stable like engineering or pharmacy. It's kind of stupid right? I'm also pretty sick of people looking down on me because I'm a liberal arts major. I feel like I can do it all though, if I just take a few classes during the summer and winter breaks.
Things scheduled for this summer:
- w-inds. concert marathon! w/doctorwotwot and wingedcheesenip
- Torchwood Marathon due todoctorwotwot 's wishes...
- Make Loki cosplay- YES, I think I am finally making another cosplay...after almost a year!
- Anime Expo! Reneeee are you coming along? =D Is anyone else going? The guest is sadly...only Morning Musume so far...but it should still be fun =D
- Microeconomics and Calculus II if I get into business during Summer II
I should start actually writing, so I can look back sometime from now and see how stupid I was. Anyway, I should get going on reading the next chapter in the government book and outlining it...
